Princess Christian’s Farm, located on the outskirts of Hildenborough in Kent, is a unique and historic facility dedicated to empowering individuals with learning difficulties and disabilities. Founded in 1910 by Princess Christian, the third daughter of Queen Victoria, the farm was originally established as a self-sustaining home where residents could engage in meaningful work, from cultivating crops to caring for livestock.

Over the years, Princess Christian’s Farm has evolved, but our core mission remains the same: to provide a nurturing environment where people with disabilities can develop skills, gain confidence, and contribute to the community. The farm offers a diverse range of activities, including animal husbandry, horticulture, and nature conservation, all designed to foster independence and personal growth.

Managed today by KASBAH, our farm is a vibrant hub of learning and development. We are committed to offering high-quality training and education programs that open doors to new opportunities and help our participants achieve their fullest potential. Our approach is holistic, focusing not only on practical skills but also on building self-esteem, fostering social connections, and promoting well-being.

At Princess Christian’s Farm, we believe in the power of inclusion and the importance of providing a space where everyone can thrive. Our team, volunteers, and supporters work together to create a community that values and celebrates the abilities of every individual.
